Mark has over 25 years of experience as a financial executive leading both hyper growth and turnaround environments ranging from early start up organizations to large multi-nationals. As a strategic and operationally focused CFO, Mark is experienced in the SaaS, IoT, clean energy, medical device, computer distribution, telecom, assisted living, and human resource management industries for both VC backed and public companies. As a public company CFO, Mark has led successful two turnarounds that created over $400 million in shareholder value. An experienced fund-raiser, Mark has completed over $3B of financings ranging from private company preferred equity and venture debt to complex public company cross-border financings including two international-based secondary equity offerings. Mark has also directly participated and lead over 10 global M& A transactions valued at over $3B in both the private and public sectors

Bob has over 30 years of experience in financial and tax matters, specializing in the technology sector and start-up companies. Bob was a Partner with Ernst & Young where he served various technology companies including Flashfoto, Inc., Bay TSP (acquired by Irdeto in 2011), Network Alchemy (acquired by Nokia in 2000), and Big Bear Networks. Most recently, Bob was the Managing Member of his own consulting company, RJS Consulting LLC. Bob specializes in strategic business and financial planning, tax and finance compliance, and business operations. Bob has extensive experience with start-up and early stage company consulting, fundraising, and merger and acquisition consulting. Bob also consults with venture capital firm portfolio companies to help build and develop solid foundations and focused plans that are essential to growth companies. Bob is a CPA in the State of California and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Penney. Accomplished leadership and skills over FP&A, accounting, internal audit, information technology, human resources, facilities, sourcing, and risk. He has the equivalent of 3 years of public accounting experience while working directly with KPMG and has excellent experience managing audits and regulatory reviews. At a recent client, he proactively identified a potential debt covenant violation, and assisted in successfully renegotiating a large debt agreement with the primary and mezzanine lenders. He has excellent experience leading software upgrades and conversions. He recently implemented a SaaS based procurement system, which delivered 5x ROI and unparalleled accountability of company expenses. Steve was recently appointed to the Audit Committee for Carson City, Nevada, he is a graduate of Penn State University, a CPA, and his MBA.

Most recently, he was CFO of Revinate, a SaaS company serving the hospitality industry that has over 20,000 hotels using its systems. He has closed over 20 fundraises for startups, managed an IPO for Preview Travel (one of the first Internet travel agencies) and has completed the acquisition and sale of several technology companies. David is experienced in all phases of finance, accounting, HR, IT and administration, and has been a CFO of private and public companies. David also has broad experience as a CEO and COO of multiple companies in the technology and hospitality industries and was on the board of a NYSE public company for five years, serving as head of the audit committee. He holds an MBA from UCLA and a BA in Physics and Math from Occidental College.
